Divisions

All divisions are going to be on the same day:

• Individual, Buddy or Triplets
• All Male, All Female or Mixed
• Age-group

Once you have completed the formalities and paid the entry fee your ready. Registration covers both the placement workouts and a guaranteed spot at the finals.
